Mr. Pike is a Financial Advisor in Waddell & Reed's Orlando, Florida, office . His practice includes serving individual and institutional clients. He provides comprehensive planning and financial services including investment, risk management/insurance, and estate planning within a consultative process. His emphasis is on financial solutions to wealth-management issues determined through careful analysis of each client's particular financial situation.
Tony was raised as a military dependent living in multiple states within the USA as well as in Europe. He had worked in the accounting field for fifteen years within the USA and internationally. Prior to moving to Orlando in 2003, Tony worked for 12 years in the private market in San Diego, CA.
Tony moved to Orlando with an opportunity to work in financial services as an independent general agent before establishing a relationship with Waddell & Reed in 2007. He and his wife, Michelle, love the family feel of Orlando and appreciate the close community atmosphere, a great environment in which to raise their son and daughter, Cody and Jadyn.
The consultative process used by Mr. Pike includes the following steps:
- Developing a financial plan by listening, asking questions, and identifying the client's financial goals.
- Analyzing and determining solutions and asset allocations for the individual or organization.
- Implementing an investment program according to the client's needs and objectives.
- Monitoring the performance of the program and making adjustments as needed, depending on changes in the market or the needs of the client.
Tony is very involved in his community. He is a Past President for the Kiwanis Club of Orlando and currently serves on the board of directors for Kiwanis Club of Orlando Foundation. He participates in the Indian Guide Program with his son and the Indian Princess Program with his daughter through the local YMCA and enjoys spending quality time with his family. He is a sociable person and understands that success is earned through good relationships, devotion and hard work.
